Core Student Governance

The EKTHA Council at ONESB serves as the central student leadership body of the institute, overseeing both cultural and non-cultural activities.
It is led by the President, Vice President, and Class Representatives, and works to manage the complete organization of all student-driven initiatives, right from the planning stage to execution.
EKTHA stands at the core of student governance at ONESB, representing the values of participation, teamwork, and unity. From cultural events to academic and institutional initiatives, EKTHA shapes the present dynamic and engaging campus environment that attracts students from all parts of India.
Under EKTHA Council
All committees at ONESB function under the guidance of the EKTHA Council. Further, the council works to ensure structured leadership, accountability, and impactful execution of every single event held by different committees at the institute.
Campus Life & Culture
The Cultural Committee, also known as EKTHA, is the backbone of the campus life at ONESB. EKTHA organizes several events at the institute that range from Fresher’s Day to Farewell, creating vibrant experiences through celebrations, social gatherings, and creative activities that drive the memories of being a part of ONESB.
Through these initiatives, EKTHA fosters team spirit, cultural identity, and strong student connections, making campus life at ONESB truly memorable.
Excellence & Innovation
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) ensures academic excellence and continuous improvement across the institutional processes. The cell focuses on maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and administration at ONESB, making the institute align with global standards of education.
The IIC promotes a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and creative problem-solving. Through workshops, idea labs, and industry interactions, it empowers students to develop startup skills and real-world problem-solving abilities.
Student Welfare
The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) at ONESB is made to address every single academic and non-academic concern of students, ensuring fair, transparent, and timely resolution.
The ICC ensures a safe, respectful, and secure campus environment, addressing concerns related to harassment and misconduct with confidentiality and sensitivity.
At ONESB we enforce a policy which prohibits all forms of ragging with absolute strictness. The Anti-Ragging Committee maintains a secure and dignified campus space through its complete compliance with UGC regulations (2009).
The committee functions to establish preventive measures while controlling all misconduct incidents which result in creating a secure environment for students to experience their first campus visit.
